Our four-day photo adventure to California brings us to the picturesque coastal town of Carmel-by-the-Sea. With Carmel as the base, we will be photographing the amazing coastline, wildlife and attractions nearby. The itinerary includes visits to the state parks that dot the coast along with a day at the north end of Big Sur. A visit to the Mission Carmel is a walk back in time as we explore and photograph the historic buildings and grounds. Each day you will be learning a new technique and applying it at the location of the day. We will have an afternoon of Adobe Lightroom techniques, so bring your laptop and the latest version of Lightroom. This trip includes lodging during the photo adventure, lunch, dinner and transportation to the photographic sites. Not included is breakfast, your flight, transportation to and from nearby Monterey airport, and car rental if you choose to do extra exploring. July on the central California coast can start with cool foggy mornings yielding to warmer afternoons. Dressing in layers is recommended. Please contact us with any questions, and you will receive an email with more details when you register.
